M.O.B Mission
At Moment of Behavior, our mission is to empower families and educators supporting children with diverse behavioral needs, both neurotypical and neurodivergent. We provide compassionate, evidence-based virtual coaching to parents navigating challenging behaviors, a new Autism diagnosis, or therapy waitlists, moving caregivers from overwhelm to clarity. Extending this impact to early childhood education, we partner with preschools through specialized workshops and classroom behavior management consulting. By equipping both homes and schools with positive, practical tools, we ensure every child is understood, supported, and positioned to thrive.
"MEANINGFUL MOMENTS LAST A LIFETIME"
Meet the Owner
Kea Lee M.S., BCBA, LBA
My enthusiasm for Applied Behavior Analysis drives my commitment to helping others achieve their everyday goals and successes. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology & Audiology from Old Dominion University and my Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I have experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 8 years. in a variety of settings which include clinic, home, schools, and community. I take great pleasure in educating others about behavior analysis and exploring the reasons behind behaviors. Witnessing even the smallest changes in the lives of children and adults receiving therapeutic services is incredibly rewarding. Growing up in a military family and traveling to various countries outside of the United States has enriched my understanding of diverse cultures, values, and lifestyles. Recently, I've discovered a new passion for behavior consulting services, and I genuinely look forward to meeting new people along this journey!
Caregiver Concerns
I know some the questions racing through your mind:
- "Am I doing enough for my child?"
- "How do I handle meltdowns without losing my patience?"
- "What do I do while we wait for service to start?"
- "What resources and support could I use right now?"
The truth is, you don't need to have it all figured out today. What you need is someone who understands both the science of behavior and the heart of parenting, who can guide you with tools that actually fit into your family's real life.
That's where Moment of Behavior comes in!

Services Offered
When you’re facing behavioral hurdles at home, it’s easy to feel uncertain and alone. At Moment of Behavior, I provide parents with direct, personalized coaching to bring clarity and peace back to your family.
Alongside my work with individual families, I offer independent professional consultations for schools. These specialized workshops are designed for teachers and administrators looking to elevate their overall classroom management. Rather than focusing on a single child, I teach educators general, evidence-based behavior techniques to better handle group dynamics, reduce teacher burnout, and create a positive, structured environment for the entire class.

Kea speaks to parents, caregivers, educators, clinicians, and organizations seeking a deeper understanding of behavior through a lens of compassion, connection, and confidence. Her talks focus on helping audiences reframe behavior as communication, reduce shame and burnout, and build tools that work in real life, not just clinical settings. She is especially known for supporting families navigating new autism diagnoses, long waitlists for services, and the emotional weight that often comes with those transitions.
Available for keynotes, workshops, panels, professional development, and community events, Kea customizes each presentation to meet the needs of her audience. Her sessions include engaging discussion, real-life examples, and actionable strategies participants can immediately apply. Whether speaking at schools, conferences, summits, or community events, Kea’s goal is simple: to help people leave feeling seen, supported, and confident in their ability to create meaningful change.
